Bank integration requirements
To participate in the Baraka project and issue Baraka cards, partner banks must complete integration with the Oxus Pay processing platform and meet the following requirements.
REQ 01
Technical integration
Connect core banking to the Oxus Pay processing API for card issuance and transactions.
REQ 02
Card issuance capability
Ability to issue Baraka VISA virtual and physical cards to citizens.
REQ 03
Compliance & KYC
Availability of the VISA FLEX module, meet AML and KYC standards for programme participation.
REQ 04
Branch network
Provide branches for physical card collection and customer support.
